New book on access to social welfare in Brazil and Argentina

In Persistent Citizens: Pursuing Social Welfare Benefits in Brazil and Argentina (Cambridge University Press), Political Science Professor Matthew Winters and Professor Rebecca Weitz-Shapiro (Brown University) examine which citizens in Brazil and Argentina are most willing to navigate bureaucratic barriers to access public resources.
